VTG was developed to improve overall safety and preparedness across various industries. We focus heavily on providing realistic structured training courses and services that meet the needs of every participant. Founded by Everett Snellings, a U.S. Army Veteran from 2005-2019, who believes that training with passion is paramount, especially when it involves protecting one another. We take pride in what we do and know the challenges of creating a safer workplace. Our services range from Training, Consulting, Auditing and Rope Access. With proper training and motivation, we can then learn to Lead, Protect and Train.
